Friedman and Goldstein Holding Company is a privately held, vertically-integrated special purpose acquisition company sponsored by EnTrust Global (“EnTrust”), Ripple Labs (RPL) and GMF Capital, LLC (“GMF”) and formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. 

Founded in 2014 by Josh Friedman and Chris Goldstein, that has acquired or developed over 10 million square feet of prime commercial and residential space in New York, Georgia and Florida. F&G Holding Company reimagines buildings and focuses on redevelopment and repositioning of office, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use assets.
